E-Q'zeen Inc WHATSApp Business API TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

1. CLIENT PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS

Before commencing WhatsApp Business API onboarding, Client must have the following prepared:

1.1 Dedicated WhatsApp Phone Number
Requirement: Phone number must not be currently registered with any WhatsApp account (Personal or Business App).
Migration Process: Existing WhatsApp accounts must be deleted prior to API registration.
Warning: Account deletion results in permanent loss of chat history (external backup not supported)
Recommendation: Acquire new SIM card or virtual number dedicated exclusively for WhatsApp Business API to eliminate service disruption.

1.2 Verified Business Website
Meta Verification Requirements:
- Fully operational HTTPS-secured website (no "Under Construction" pages permitted)
- Legal business name clearly displayed (footer, header, or "About" section required)
- Business details matching official registration documents
- Website content demonstrating legitimate commercial operations

1.3 Meta Business Manager Account
Requirement: Administrative access to verified Meta Business Manager account required for production messaging limits.
Verification Documentation:
- Business Registration: GST Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, or Udyam Registration
- Address Verification: Bank statement or utility bill in business name
- Phone Verification: Documentation displaying registered phone number
- Owner Identification: Government-issued photo identification

1.4 Display Name Compliance
Profile Display Requirements:
- Must exactly match website branding and legal business name
- No ALL CAPS permitted ("Pizza Shop" acceptable, "PIZZA SHOP" prohibited unless trademarked)
- No generic descriptors ("Apex Marketing Agency" acceptable, "Marketing Agency" prohibited)
- Maximum 20 characters

1.5 Payment Authorization
Requirement: Credit/debit card enabled for international transactions.
Usage: Platform subscription fees and Meta conversation charges (billed separately).


2. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE & BINDING AGREEMENT

2.1 Acceptance by Payment Processing
By authorizing payment against this invoice, Client:
- Acknowledges complete review and comprehension of all terms and conditions
- Voluntarily accepts platform technical limitations and exclusions
- Waives requirement for physical signature
- Payment authorization constitutes full legal binding agreement

2.2 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Fees
Once WhatsApp Business API activation commences:
- All fees become strictly non-refundable
- Setup and license fees non-transferable to alternative numbers or business entities
- No exceptions to this policy


3. PLATFORM LIMITATIONS & SERVICE SCOPE

3.1 WhatsApp Business API vs Consumer Application
WhatsApp Business API constitutes enterprise technical platform, distinct from standard WhatsApp Business mobile application:

Features NOT supported:
- WhatsApp voice/video calling
- WhatsApp Status/Stories functionality
- WhatsApp Groups
- Free messaging beyond 24-hour customer response window

3.2 24-Hour Messaging Window Restriction
Critical Operational Limitation:
- Free messaging permitted only within 24 hours of customer's last received message
- Beyond 24 hours: Requires approved paid Template Message (Meta charges separately)
- No technical workarounds available

3.3 Meta Commerce Policy Compliance
Client acknowledges and accepts:
- E-Q'zeen Inc not liable for Meta account suspensions or messaging restrictions
- Strict compliance required with Meta Commerce and Business Messaging Policies
- Prohibited content: Weapons, adult material, gambling, controlled substances
- Message quality rating directly impacts message deliverability rates


4. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE PARAMETERS

4.1 Limited Technical Support Scope
Duration: One (1) month commencing from WhatsApp Business API account activation date
Delivery Methods: Remote desktop, telephone, live chat exclusively
In-person support: Subject to availability at Provider discretion; not contractually guaranteed

4.2 Official Communication Protocol
Exclusive WhatsApp Support Channel: +91 96252 81305
Other channels constitute unofficial communication and receive no guaranteed response:
- Personal telephone numbers
- Email correspondence
- Social media platforms



5. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By authorizing payment against this invoice, Client formally confirms:

1. Complete comprehension of all Terms and Conditions contained herein
2. Full acceptance of WhatsApp Business API technical limitations
3. Acknowledgment of strict non-refundable policy post-activation
4. Commitment to provide all required documentation within 48 hours of engagement
5. Agreement to exclusive official support channel (+91 96252 81305)
6. Payment authorization constitutes legally binding acceptance of all terms
